Orders over 25 gallons ship on a pallet via LTL freight carrier. Choose "lift gate" service at checkout if you don't have a loading dock at your destination.
Orders shipped with a "HazMat" designation via FedEx Ground require a signature of someone at time of delivery. Packages containing 5-gallon jugs ship with a hazmat designation. Due to the regulations for shipping hazardous materials, a signature at time of delivery is required, no exceptions.
