• Orders shipped with a "HazMat" designation via FedEx Ground require a signature of someone at time of delivery.  Packages containing 5-gallon jugs ship with a hazmat designation.  Due to the regulations for shipping hazardous materials, a signature at time of delivery is required, no exceptions..
• Free Pickup at the distillery available for Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont customers.  Orders placed online require 1 day to process and assemble for pickup.  Instructions to schedule your pickup appointment in your email after placing your order.  Please note, permit rules for VT, MA, and other states still apply to customers wishing to pick up their order, see our shipping map for more details or contact us if you have a question.
