Shipping policy

  1. All orders from CulinarySolvent.com must ship using ground service, and in accordance with all other DOT regulations for shipping flammable liquids.  For this reason, we are unable to ship any orders using "expedited" services that may travel by airplane. 
  2. If you are shipping to a Maine address, standard orders take just 1 day of transit time to arrive at their destination. 
  3. We cannot ship to PO Boxes; a physical address must be provided at time of order placement.
  4. Due to the regulated nature of shipping food grade ethanol, including but not limited to the ORM-D designation and Adult Signature Requirements, FedEx/UPS does not allow for shipments to be addressed to, nor held at, an authorized representative location (Rite Aid, Walgreen's, etc) for customer pickup.  Orders addressed to an authorized representative location will be refused by the location and subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
  5. Due to the regulations governing the shipment of flammable liquids, including food grade ethanol, returns are not accepted.  Please read our Return and Refund Policy for more information.
  6. We do not ship orders to Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, or other US island territories.
  7. We do not ship to international addresses (outside of the lower 48 United States).
  8. We do not currently ship to Alaska at this time.
  9. Yes, we are able to ship to food grade ethanol in Hawaii addresses if the customer addresses their order to a US based freight forwarder service on the West Coast.  Learn more about buying food grade ethanol in Hawaii here. 
  10. Use the links on our map page for more information about each State's rules and regulations regarding undenatured ethanol alcohol.  There may be additional local (county, city, borough, township, etc) that may be applicable to the customer's specific situation or use scenario.  All customers who purchase from CulinarySolvent.com must acknowledge they understand the rules and regulations of their state before proceeding with their order.
