Orders over 25 gallons ship on a pallet via LTL freight carrier. Choose "lift gate" service at checkout if you don't have a loading dock at your destination.
Orders shipped with a "HazMat" designation via FedEx Ground require a signature of someone at time of delivery. Packages containing 5-gallon jugs ship with a hazmat designation. Due to the regulations for shipping hazardous materials, a signature at time of delivery is required, no exceptions..
Free Pickup at the distillery available for Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont customers. Orders placed online require 1 day to process and assemble for pickup. Instructions to schedule your pickup appointment in your email after placing your order. Please note, permit rules for VT, MA, and other states still apply to customers wishing to pick up their order, see our shipping map for more details or contact us if you have a question.
No hazmat fees to ship orders under 5 gallons. Hazmat fees are included in shipping price for 5 gallon and bulk orders. No surprises at checkout.

Customers who have a resale sales tax certificate issued by their state may send a copy to us so that we may not charge sales tax on your order. Sales Tax exemptions must be approved before an order is placed. Contact us here and let us know, we will reply with instructions.

Bulk jug orders under 20 gallons ship via FedEx Ground. Bulk jug orders over 20 gallons ship on a pallet via LTL freight. Customers may indicate at checkout if the pallet must be lowered to the ground at delivery for an added fee by the carrier.
