- Light Green States: a permit is required before purchase, scroll to your state below for a comprehensive walk through of the form required.
- Orange States: These states have a permit and 5 gallon minimum order requirement.
- Grey States, These locations currently prohibit the importation of food grade alcohol. Check back often as regulations change and grey states become green. Yes, regulations do actually change!!

- We cannot ship to Canada. Sorry, Canada. We only ship to the lower 48 states in accordance with each state's regulations governing food grade ethyl alcohol.
- An adult over the age of 21 is required to be present at the time of delivery.
- All orders ship ground service in accordance with DOT regulations for shipping flammable liquids.
- Because all orders ship via ground service only:
- We are currently unable to ship orders to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US island territories.
- We are unable to ship any items "expedited", "next-day", or via "air" service.
