Discounted Flat Rate Shipping Details 📦

For a limited time, during the promotion period starting 11/12/25, customers will enjoy automatic discounted rates on orders shipping FedEx Ground and LTL freight.  Rates return to destination-based on 12/2/25.   See the table below for special discounted rates applied automatically at checkout.  Pickup appointments are possible for local Maine, NH, VT, and Massachusetts customers.  

Discounted Flat Rate Shipping Fine Print

• Flat rate prices are per box.
• HazMat fees included in this special discount rate (seriously).  No surprises at checkout.
• No coupon code required for discounted flat rate shipping, discounted rates automatically applied to cart total.
• 5-gallon jug orders under 15 total gallons ship via FedEx Ground, packaged 1-box per jug and 1 tracking number per package.  Jug orders over 15 gallons ship on a pallet via freight.  Truck will lower pallet to the ground if you don't have a dock to back up to.  
• All freight orders are packed on a pallet.  Up to twenty-four (24) x 5-gallon jugs or four (4) x 55-gallon drums fit on 1 pallet.

Important Limitations Shipping 55-gallon Drums via Freight.

• 55-gallon drums must be delivered to commercial addresses only.  Loading dock is preferred, if you don't have a dock contact us using the webform or the chat bubble 
• 55-gallon drums cannot be delivered to residential addresses.
• 55-gallon drums cannot be picked up at the distillery by your carrier.
• 55-gallon drums cannot be loaded onto your personal vehicle or pick-up truck.
• No exceptions, sorry.

But, Why? Due to the safety and material handling requirements of a 55-gallon drum of 200 proof ethanol, we reserve the right to schedule freight using our approved carriers, and we reserve the right to refuse delivery to addresses that do not meet acceptable standards for receiving or holding such products (like a residential address, for example).  Bulk volumes are available for delivery without restriction packed in multiples of 5-gallon jugs.  If you are unsure what kind of address you have, contact us and we'll help you the best we can.

Black Friday Cyber Monday Discounted Flat Rate Shipping Table

• Pints, Quarts - $10 Shipping per box.  Up to 4 items fit in one (1) box.
  
• Gallons - $15 Shipping per gallon box.
• 5-Gallon Jugs - $25 Shipping each via FedEx ground, up to 4 jugs. Orders over 4x 5-gallon jugs will ship via freight.
• Bulk 5-Gallon Jugs (4+) and 55-Gallon Drums - $100 flat pallet rate.

Can I pick up my order at the distillery in Maine for free?

Yes.  While we don't operate a retail space at the distillery, customers may choose to pickup their order for free by setting an appointment time using our online system.  Pickups are available Monday through Friday between 9:30AM and 4:30PM. 

Please note: We are unable to accept pickup appointments for 55-gallon drums.  All drum orders must be shipped via freight to an approved commercial location with a loading dock available.

• Limit 1 free gift per 1-gallon or 5-gallon jug ordered.

• The "variety" (Organic or regular) of the free glass bottle will be determined by the variety of the product also ordered at that time.   For example, order a gallon of USDA Certified Organic Food Grade Ethanol and get a free 4 oz bottle of Organic food grade ethanol. 
  
• 4oz glass bottles only contain 200 proof ethanol, 190 proof is not available due to the rules and regulations of our industry.
