• Orders placed between 11/25/24 and 12/2/24 and which ship via FedEx ship for free. 
• Free means $0 required for shipping at checkout, or after for that matter.
• Yes, someone asked if we bill for shipping after checkout...so we're putting it down here to be clear.  Sadly, other suppliers will bill you for shipping after you checkout so they can post lower prices than you will actually pay, shameful... 

Which (size) orders ship FedEx Ground?

Orders with a total volume of 15 gallons or less ship via FedEx Ground with adult-signature required at time of delivery.  That includes individual glass, pints, quarts, gallons, and 5-gallons jugs.

What size orders do not ship FedEx Ground?

Orders with a total volume over 20 gallons, including 55-gallon drums ship via freight carrier.  Freight orders are packed on a pallet.  Up to thirty-six (36) x 5-gallon jugs or three (3) x 55-gallon drums fit on 1 pallet. 

Are there any deals for bulk orders that ship via freight?

Enjoy flat $100 per pallet shipping on all freight orders.  If you don't have a commercial loading dock, choose the option that says "Lower to ground via lift-gate service". 

Restrictions or fine print when it comes to shipping via freight.

• 55-gallon drums must be delivered to commercial loading docks only.
• 55-gallon drums cannot be delivered to residential addresses.
• 55-gallon drums cannot be picked up at the distillery either.
• Due to the safety and material handling requirements of a 55-gallon drum of 200 proof ethanol, we reserve the right to schedule freight using our approved carriers as well as refuse delivery to addresses that do not meet acceptable standards for receiving or holding such products (like a residential address).  If you are unsure what kind of address you have, contact us and we'll help you the best we can.

What is the "free gift"?

• 1-gallon and 5-gallons orders placed online between 11/25/24 and 12/2/24, AND using the special coupon code at checkout will get a free pint (16 fl oz) of 200 proof food grade ethanol included with their order. 
• The "variety" of the free pint will be determined by the variety of the product also ordered at that time.  For example, get a free Organic 200 Proof food grade ethanol pint with purchase of 1 or 5 gallons of Organic 200 proof Culinary Solvent. 
• Limit 1 free gift per customer, not per gallon or jug ordered.

How does the free gift work at checkout?

• Enter your free gift coupon code at checkout.  You will see the gift code appear below the coupon code box if entered successfully.  No other changes to your cart will appear.  We will see this code when we fulfill your order and include your free gift with your order at the packing/fulfilment step.
• Free gift coupon code and offer valid during 11/25/24 through 12/2/24 and while supplies last (...since we are the supplier and maker of the food grade ethanol you are purchasing, we'll just make more if we run out...).
