Vermont Permit to Purchase Alcohol Walkthrough
Follow these steps to complete the Vermont license process:
Step 1: Download the Application for Permit to Purchase alcohol using the link provided above.
Step 2: Enter your business Name, Address, and email address.
Step 3: Enter the amount of food grade alcohol you will need and then the purpose for which it is to be used.
Step 4: Enter the address of the location where the alcohol will actually be used. Then enter the period of time you estimate this volume of alcohol will last. This is only an estimate.
Step 5: Answer “Yes” to the question: “Do you desire to purchase alcohol direct from the manufacturer, distiller or wholesaler?”
Step 6: Then enter in the name and address of the vendor.
Step 7: Enter the location and date at which you are filling out the application. Then enter the name of the Authorized Agent. NOTE: The name of the Authorized Agent listed must match the name of the person ordering the ethanol.
Step 8: E-mail the completed application to: DLC.firstname.lastname@example.org, await for approval.

Steps After Permit Approval
Send us your permit: Email a copy of your approved permit to Ship@CulinarySolvent.com.
Place your order: Use the secure online storefront at CulinarySolvent.com to select your product and enter your payment details.
Additional Steps After Order Delivery: When you receive your shipment a copy of the permit will accompany it. Vermont rules require the receiver (you) to sign the permit and email it back to the Vermont DLC. Another permit will not be issued until the first one is signed and returned. If there is a problem with your application you will receive an email from the DLC with additional instructions.
