Is Culinary Solvent safe to drink (consume)?

Safe? Yes. Culinary Solvent is pure non-denatured ethanol, that's why the Federal Excise Tax is included in the price.  While "safe for consumption" due to the lack of additives (also called "denaturants"), use by a consumer as a beverage product is technically prohibited by all of the state rules we've been able to find and read so far.
